🔄 Returns & Refunds

Non‑Personalised Items

You can return any non‑personalised item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

Once we receive the item back, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.


✏️ Personalised Items

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The personalisation is incorrect due to our error

If any of these apply, we will replace the item or offer a refund.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll sort out a replacement or refund right away.

💸 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error ( Defect, wrong item), we cover return postage.

  • If you simply change your mind on a non‑personalised item, return postage is your responsibility.
